Since 1863, Daher has drawn its strength from collective action – collective action that has never ceased in building a unique legacy. This is a legacy that goes a long way back, but has always been at the level of men, women and their dreams…a legacy driven by closely-held values, perseverance and confidence. The company, its employees, its shareholders and founding family are on the same team, committed to the future.
Since 1863, we have stood with the champions of industry…guided by our boldness and our innovativeness…through good times and bad.
At each industrial revolution, at each challenge – no matter how complex or ambitious – we have placed our know-how, our drive for excellence, and our creativity at the service of ground-breaking projects.

Bold and innovative
No fear! Over the generations, Daher has consistently taken carefully calculated risks, bounced back from crises, and dared to be innovative and forward-looking. We succeed in enormous challenges every day: we became an aircraft manufacturer in 2009 with the TBM, gained a foothold in America with the ‘Succeed Together’ strategic plan launched in 2018, and four years later, have successfully established a presence for all our business lines in North America, with the bold acquisition of an aerostructures production plant in Florida.

As a major force in our industry, we have a duty to act responsibly in everything we do. Our ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) indicators evidence the effectiveness of our efforts in all three of these areas, and have a positive impact on our economic performance, corporate image and ability to attract some of the most talented people in the jobs market. These three areas of responsibility concern us all, whether employees, customers, partners or shareholders.
