Daher continues to integrate ESG criteria across all its procurement processes to promote a sustainable and ethical supply chain.

This approach is based on the RFAR framework (Responsible Supplier Relations and Procurement), whose principles remain fully embedded in the Group’s practices.

To encourage the adoption of best practices, Daher provides its suppliers with a CSR self-assessment matrix and is rolling out its Supplier Code of Conduct across its entire procurement scope.

This code formalizes expectations regarding ethics, human rights, working conditions, health and safety, and environmental protection.

CSR criteria are now systematically included in supplier selection.

They represent at least 5% of the overall evaluation score and can reach up to 12%, depending on the purchasing category, in order to reward responsible practices and encourage continuous improvement.

Developing procurement teams’ expertise is a key pillar of the approach. In 2025, 83% of the buyers concerned completed the “Due Diligence and Responsible Procurement” training program. This initiative will gradually be extended to all employees involved in the procurement process.

In 2025, Daher strengthened its supplier risk assessment and management processes, notably through an analysis methodology incorporating ESG considerations and the use of specialized tools.

This continuous improvement effort is reflected in the Group’s EcoVadis score of 85/100, up 15 points compared with 2024. By the end of 2025, 35% of the Group’s procurement spend was covered by a supplier that had signed the Daher Code of Conduct or an equivalent commitment.
