Product and Service Quality and Safety

In an increasingly demanding aerospace environment, product and service quality and safety are top priorities for Daher. These issues are crucial not only to meet regulatory requirements but also to satisfy customer expectations and ensure flight safety.

Daher has strengthened its Safety Management System (SMS), as defined in its aviation safety policy and the culture of just error. This system focuses on transparency, proactive correction of errors, and risk reduction from the early stages of the process. Safety objectives are regularly reassessed by management.

Actions

Safety Management System (SMS)

In 2025, Daher continued the deployment of its Safety Management System (SMS) across all its aeronautical activities. More than 2,500 employees were trained at sites in France and abroad, representing over 90% of the target population.

The Group now aims to reach 100% coverage in order to further strengthen its safety culture, risk management practices and the integration of human and organizational factors into operations.

TBM and Kodiak Fleets: Customer Feedback and Continuous Improvement

To ensure the highest level of operational safety, Daher provides TBM and Kodiak operators with several reporting and feedback channels. Reported events are analyzed through a structured remediation process designed to identify root causes, define appropriate corrective actions and, when necessary, implement airworthiness measures or design improvements.

This approach contributes to the continuous enhancement of fleet safety and durability.

Problem Solving

In addition to the SMS, Daher strengthened its problem-solving and process-control initiatives in 2025.

More than 460 employees were trained in these methodologies to improve event analysis, root-cause investigation and the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented across the Group’s activities.

Our Ambition

Daher aims to become a reference in quality and safety by 2030, with full deployment of SMS across all its activities. In 2025, Daher achieved an SMS training rate of 90%.
