A training center specializing in aeronautics, safety, and risk prevention.

The Daher Learning Center designs targeted and effective training programs in the fields of aeronautics, safety, and risk prevention, placing strong emphasis on the development and recognition of individual skills at the core of its approach. With a solid international presence and long-standing partnerships with leading aircraft manufacturers and staffing agencies, it demonstrates a truly recognized expertise. Its objective is clear: to support every project toward success through a team of field-experienced experts whose diverse backgrounds ensure a deep understanding of needs, enabling them to analyze and deliver tailored training solutions adapted to each context.

The Daher Learning Center was initially created to address internal training needs specific to the various professions involved in delivering services entrusted to us by our aerospace partners.

With growing demand, our activities were centralized within a dedicated department, and our training catalog was expanded.
Today, we offer qualifying and certified training programs, as well as awareness sessions, for companies across all industries and for individuals. Our mission: to support professional integration.

Located in Colomiers, near Toulouse, the Daher Learning Center is strategically positioned close to aerospace production sites, ensuring proximity to our clients and partners.

Training

A team of 5 staff members contributes daily to the success of our training programs and the support of trainees.
Our team of 4 trainers comes from our in-house experts in production support. For specialized modules, we occasionally rely on internal field experts or external professionals, under the supervision of the training or educational manager.
To create synergy between outsourced activities and training content, our trainers maintain close ties with field teams.
Our training courses are regularly updated in line with changes in standards, regulations, and industry frameworks.

To better meet the needs of our trainees, production technicians are regularly involved in module development, content selection, and identifying the key skills necessary for field autonomy.

Currently, our training sessions are available in four classrooms in Colomiers, via e-classroom, or at your own premises. Each classroom is equipped with projectors and computer stations.

An E-learning platform is under development to bring a new dynamic to our training for both companies and individual learners.
