Sharing the Future: Fondaher, the Solidarity Bridge
Fondaher is a space for innovation and solidarity where the values of the Daher family and its employees come together.
Since 2017, Fondaher has been a foundation in the form of a funding endowment, bringing together the Daher family and the company. This mix is reflected in the foundation’s projects and the distribution of seats on its Board of Directors. This unique structure fits well with the Group’s spirit of innovation and its constant pursuit of new solutions. It is also a mark of respect for the Daher family, mirroring its strong involvement in the life of the company.
Discover Fondaher, the shared solidarity foundation
Fondaher’s primary mission is to promote sustainable access to education, training, and employment for vulnerable populations. To achieve this, Fondaher supports several non-profit organizations each year and, following a call for projects, finances around ten initiatives led or sponsored by Daher employees or members of the Daher family. Since its creation, more than one hundred social impact projects have been supported.
Each year, the Fondaher call for projects highlights initiatives with a strong social or environmental impact, whether they aim to foster professional inclusion, combat school dropout, support vulnerable individuals, or protect the environment. The ten selected projects each receive financial support to help them grow and expand their impact.
The One Daher Award then recognizes the “people’s choice” project selected by Daher employees and members of the shareholder family. In 2026, the One Daher Award was granted to the association Sur les bancs de l’école for its Autism Friendly Académie program. This initiative supports autistic young people aged 12 to 20 who have dropped out of school by providing adapted pre-vocational training pathways that promote their social and professional inclusion. Fondaher’s support will enable the program to welcome more students and strengthen their transition into mainstream environments through internships and personalized support.
