Business Ethics

Daher places business ethics and regulatory compliance at the heart of its priorities, considering these principles essential for maintaining the trust of its stakeholders. The company ensures that all its employees adhere to best practices and act as the first line of defense against compliance-related risks.
Daher has implemented a compliance framework formalized in its Code of Ethics and Conduct, effective since 2017 and updated in 2019. This code covers the fight against fraud and corruption and is integrated into the group’s risk management.

Actions

Promoting a Shared Ethics Culture

Daher’s ethics and anti-corruption program is built on its Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and on a compliance framework deployed worldwide.

In 2025, the population identified as being exposed to ethics and compliance risks was significantly expanded in order to strengthen risk management and promote best practices among a larger number of employees.

Daher plans to progressively roll out ethics training across the entire Group through e-learning modules tailored to different business functions.

Strengthening Reporting Mechanisms and Whistleblower Protection

In 2025, Daher extended access to its WhistleB reporting platform to all external stakeholders and increased employee awareness through several communication campaigns.

The Group guarantees the confidentiality of reports and the protection of whistleblowers in accordance with applicable regulations.

During the year, 47 reports were recorded, including 12 submitted through WhistleB.

Consolidating the Anti-Corruption Program

Daher continues to deploy its anti-corruption program based on the principles of the French Sapin II law.

The corruption risk assessment was updated in 2024, and the framework continues to be regularly reviewed by Internal Audit.

In 2025, 27% of the Group’s international subsidiaries were audited on compliance and anti-corruption topics. No convictions related to corruption or influence peddling were recorded.

Strengthening Data Protection

As part of its GDPR program, Daher deployed in 2025 a network of data protection representatives within its subsidiaries and central functions. The Group also strengthened the documentation of its processing activities, defined data retention rules, and incorporated Privacy by Design principles into its digital projects.

Our Ambition

Daher aims to make compliance a strategic lever to support innovation and sustainable growth projects. In 2025, 54% of employees identified as exposed to ethics risks completed ethics training, with a target of 95% by 2026.
