The increasing frequency and intensity of extreme weather events pose growing risks to operational continuity as well as to employee health and safety. In response, Daher is committed to identifying climate-related risks, assessing their potential impacts, and implementing concrete mitigation and protection measures. The objective is clear: to strengthen the company’s resilience and ensure a sustainable transition in the face of climate challenges.

Mapping Climate Risks
To anticipate the impacts of climate change on its operations, Daher has implemented a structured approach to assessing physical climate risks.
An initial study was conducted across around thirty Daher, supplier and customer sites to evaluate their exposure to major climate hazards under different climate scenarios and time horizons.
This mapping exercise forms the foundation of the Group’s adaptation strategy.
Assessing Site Vulnerability
The analyses carried out help identify the sites most exposed to climate-related risks and assess their potential consequences on operations. The main hazards identified are flooding and extreme heat events. This approach makes it possible to prioritize risks and focus efforts on the most vulnerable locations.
Strengthening Operational Resilience
Daher continues to assess the exposure and vulnerability of its industrial sites and value chain. The objective is to identify the most appropriate measures to limit potential disruptions caused by climate change, protect critical infrastructure and ensure long-term business continuity.
For example, working hours may be adjusted during periods of extreme heat to protect employees and maintain safe working conditions, while the Stuart site in Florida has specific business continuity plans in place to address hurricane-related risks.
Measures under consideration or already deployed may also include strengthening flood protection systems, improving the thermal comfort of buildings, securing critical utilities and anticipating risks that could affect suppliers and logistics flows.

Reducing Our Impact on the Natural Environment
Preserving the natural environment requires better control of the environmental impacts generated by industrial activities. Daher takes action throughout the product life cycle to limit resource consumption, reduce emissions, improve waste management and promote the use of substances with a lower environmental footprint.

Better waste management
Global waste mapping and treatment pathways, reduction of waste quantities, and improved sorting to increase recovery.
Waste Valorization
Daher develops reuse, recycling and material recovery solutions to reduce waste and preserve resources. In 2025, 67% of the Group’s waste was recovered or recycled.
Examples include the recycling of thermoplastic composite production offcuts through the Terra Preta initiative and the replacement of traditional components with parts made from recycled materials, such as EASA-certified TBM pedals.
Sharing Best Practices
Daher promotes the exchange of experience between sites to accelerate the deployment of the most effective initiatives in waste management, resource conservation and environmental impact reduction. Examples include the reuse of cardboard packaging, the recycling of corundum and employee awareness campaigns on waste sorting and recycling.
This continuous improvement approach helps enhance the Group’s environmental performance and supports the progressive deployment of common standards across its international operations.
