Daher whistleblowing system – questions / answers
In accordance with our ethical rules and legal requirements, the whistleblowing system – WhistleB – is accessible to all Daher Group employees (both permanent and temporary), as well as any external business partners (clients, suppliers, subcontractors, intermediaries, etc.). This system allows reports to be submitted in a secure and confidential manner.
Your identity will remain confidential from the moment you submit a report and throughout the entire whistleblowing process.
For more information, please refer to the Q&A below.

Who receives my report?
The Group Compliance Director is generally the sole recipient of the report. If necessary, the HR Manager, Compliance Officer, or any other relevant party may be involved to ensure proper handling.
How is my report assessed?
To determine its admissibility, your report will be assessed based on criteria such as:
- Are the reported facts contrary to the law, regulations, or the Group’s ethics and compliance documentation?
- Are the facts described with sufficient detail? If needed, additional information may be requested via the platform’s secure messaging system.
- Is the report made in good faith and without financial consideration?
What happens if my report is deemed inadmissible?
You will be informed of the inadmissibility and the reasons via the secure messaging system.
All documents, data, and/or information submitted will be promptly destroyed or anonymized.
