Daher places business ethics and regulatory compliance at the heart of its priorities, considering these principles essential for maintaining the trust of its stakeholders. The company ensures that all its employees adhere to best practices and act as the first line of defense against compliance-related risks.
Daher has implemented a compliance framework formalized in its Code of Ethics and Conduct, effective since 2017 and updated in 2019. This code covers the fight against fraud and corruption and is integrated into the group’s risk management.

Actions

Anti-Corruption Framework

Daher has strengthened its anti-corruption framework, in place since 2018, by updating its corruption risk map in 2024. The company is also continuing to roll out its WhistleB alert system, allowing employees to report ethical breaches anonymously. Whistleblower protection is guaranteed, and the system is expected to be extended to external parties in 2025.

GDPR Framework

In 2024, Daher also conducted a global audit of its GDPR framework to enhance compliance with personal data protection regulations.

Our Ambition

Daher aims to make compliance a strategic lever to support innovation and sustainable growth projects. In 2024, the training rate for ethics for executives and exposed individuals reached 79%, with a goal of 100% in France and 90% internationally by 2025.
