Engaging our Suppliers

Daher adopts an ambitious decarbonization policy for its procurement activities of goods and services, representing 4% of the Group’s carbon footprint (Scope 3, GHG Protocol).

The involvement of suppliers is crucial to achieve our decarbonization goals, and they are actively engaged in this process within the framework of our responsible purchasing policy, recognized by the RFAR label (Responsible Supplier Relations and Purchasing). This ensures a shared trajectory aligned with that of the aerospace industry.

Actions

10 main CO2-emitting suppliers

With its 10 main CO2-emitting suppliers, Daher defines a shared trajectory and common decarbonization goals. This initiative will later be extended to any willing suppliers.

Transport Initiative

Daher has formally committed to the FRET21 initiative, aiming to reduce CO2eq emissions from transportation required for the company’s activities by at least 8% over a period of 3 years. An action plan was approved by an independent committee, including the Ministry of Transport, ADEME, and AUTF, in December 2024.

Our Ambition

Daher is committed to decarbonizing its activities by collaborating with its suppliers, particularly the largest emitters. The integration of CO2 data and decarbonization actions is progressively being implemented into purchasing practices, with a specific training module on climate challenges.
