Safety

Safety Week 2025: strong engagement across the company

With over 3,000 participants, Safety Week 2025 mobilized all sites around three priorities:

  • workplace safety,
  • ergonomics through proper posture and gestures,
  • and waste management.

Every day, Daher teams work to make safety a shared reflex, a performance driver, and a core value of the company culture.

Safety culture: measuring to improve

An independent diagnostic (7 sites, 967 participants) identified strengths and improvement areas: robust HSE tools and strong willingness to progress, but the need for a more shared prevention vision and more consistent safety leadership.
A division‑specific action plan has been launched to strengthen routines, recognition of good practices, and rule compliance.

The “Safety Quiz Minute” that changes habits

In Montrichard, a safety quiz (120 questions, 11 themes) energizes shop‑floor routines and support teams.
In just a few minutes each day, golden rules, lifting operations, chemical products, and environmental practices are reviewed, displayed, and discussed.
Result: stronger engagement and voluntary work stoppages when safety requires it.
