BOLDNESS

It is through boldness that Daher has written its remarkable story.
This innovation‑driven mindset—at the core of the Take Off 2027 strategic plan—will continue to be one of the Group’s greatest strengths in the years ahead.

Business

Daher accelerates aircraft production

In 2024, Daher delivered 82 TBM and Kodiak aircraft (+11% vs. 2023) and recorded 100 new orders, ensuring deliveries through 2026. To support this strong demand, the Group is preparing a new final assembly line in Stuart, Florida. The facility will begin assembling the TBM in 2027, followed by the Kodiak, with a gradual ramp‑up toward a target capacity of 60 aircraft per year.
Ambition: produce as close as possible to the world’s largest market and strengthen a long‑term North American industrial footprint.

ArianeGroup: Daher confirmed as LLP for ramp‑up support

As Europe’s leading industrial logistics provider, Daher has been renewed by ArianeGroup as Lead Logistics Provider (LLP) under a five‑year extended partnership. Covering the supply of all French sites, the agreement optimizes flows and supply‑chain control to support the production ramp‑up of Ariane 6 (Europe’s new orbital launcher) and M51.3 (the upgraded French sea‑to‑ground ballistic missile).

Daher strengthens its industrial services in the Chinese market

In 2025, Daher reinforced its presence in China with the renewal of a major Airbus contract in Tianjin, covering services across the entire manufacturing cycle of single aisle aircraft. Daher also won a new contract for end of life aircraft dismantling in Chengdu as part of the Airbus Lifecycle program. Three additional contracts were signed, including structural refurbishment work, aircraft storage, and quality inspection. These achievements confirm Daher’s position as a key partner for major aerospace players in China.

Sabena technics confirms Daher

In Bordeaux Mérignac, Sabena technics renewed its outsourced logistics operations with Daher. Digitalization through KeepTracking and real time visibility were decisive factors, confirming Daher’s ability to structure and enhance its customers’ operational performance.

Innovation

Shap’in: composite innovation at scale

Two years after its launch near Nantes, Shap’in is becoming a strategic industrial asset.
This tech center, dedicated to developing next‑generation composite aerostructures, is transitioning low‑carbon innovations from demonstrators to serial production—offering lighter structures, thermoplastic welding that reduces part mass by up to 15%, and integrated materials recycling on the TBM starting in 2025.

Fly’in: sustainable aviation

Inaugurated in 2025 in Tarbes, Fly’in is the tech center dedicated to sustainable aviation. A true decarbonization accelerator, it brings together unique capabilities to test, prototype, and validate solutions such as electric hybridization.
Fly’in is a key pillar of the Take Off 2027 strategic plan, alongside Shap’in (low‑carbon aerostructures) and Log’in (agile supply chain): three centers combining industrial performance, environmental responsibility, and technological sovereignty.
