Appointments: Daher looks to the future
- Aymeric Daher is appointed Deputy CEO and Chief Human Resources Officer, while retaining his role as Chief Logistics Officer.
- Jérôme Leparoux, Secretary General, is also appointed Chief Strategy Officer, tasked with shaping the Group’s future directions.
- Vincent Chanron becomes Group HR Director, responsible for accelerating skills development, team internationalization, and social dialogue.
The Board of Directors appoints Thibault Scaramanga as Vice‑Chairman of the Board.

Daher has been certified Top Employer France for the third consecutive year.
The audit (350+ criteria) recognizes the quality of the work environment, the priority given to Safety@Work, internal and international mobility, and skills development.

With 74% participation (8,306 respondents), the Talk’in internal survey confirmed the importance of dialogue. More than 400 action plans are underway across six key areas: communication, training, benefits, quality of work life and working conditions (QVCT), collaboration, and innovation.

Pink October: the power of collective action
In October, Daher teams mobilized widely against breast cancer. Solidarity runs such as Tarb’elles and La Foulée Rose, “Pink Out” days, information booths with the Cancer League, self-exam workshops, and screening awareness sessions all marked this month focused on solidarity.
Across France, Europe, and North America, one message resonated: prevention saves lives and must remain visible in the workplace.

Inclusion in action
Disability: Daher partners with Hanvol
Daher has signed an agreement with Hanvol to support the integration of people with disabilities at several sites. Hanvol assists 50 to 70 candidates each year.
In France, 7.3% of Daher employees are persons with disabilities; workstation, equipment, and schedule adaptations foster sustainable inclusion.

When childhood dreams take flight…
Supported by Fondaher, the 2025 “Rêves de Gosse” tour welcomed seven children of Daher employees and two children of a Daher family member during stops in Cazaux, Lescar, Lille, and Grenoble.
The Chevaliers du Ciel, including Nicolas Chabbert—pilot and Daher executive—hosted a festive village ahead of each flight.
Coordinated with social workers, the initiative highlighted Daher’s commitment to supporting caregivers (over 110 employees affected). Families praised the flawless organization and constant kindness.

Family Days held across several industrial sites—including Tarbes, Tangier, and Stuart—opened workshops and production lines to employees’ families.
Tours, job demonstrations, and discussions with teams strengthened pride in the work accomplished and reinforced the sense of belonging to a single international Group.

Fondaher One Daher Prize 2025
The One Daher 2025 Prize recognizes the nonprofit “L’École à l’Hôpital”, which supports more than 4,000 hospitalized children through 500 volunteer teachers.
Since 2018, over 70 projects have been supported.

Solidarity: Clothing donation in Morocco
Daher teams in Morocco organized a clothing drive for underprivileged families in the Middle Atlas region—an initiative that illustrates our commitment to supporting local communities.

French Welding Championship
Three boilermakers from Daher’s Montrichard site reached the finals of the French Welding Championship (40 finalists out of 547 participants).
This achievement highlights the workshops’ technical excellence and deep pride in their craft.

Military Reserve: agreement signed with the National Guard
Daher has signed an agreement with the French National Guard, strengthening its contribution to national sovereignty.
Beyond legal requirements, the company has provided increased flexibility, maintained compensation, and encouraged commitments of at least 12 days.
Recognition as a “national defense partner for the military reserve” places Daher among the leading industrial supporters of reservists—fully aligned with the Group’s HR and CSR policies.
