Our Locations in North America

Stuart, Florida – Aerostructure Assembly for Boeing and Gulfstream 

Daher manufactures large aerostructures at its 40,880 m² site in Stuart, Florida. 

  • Production of central and aft fuselage structures for the Boeing 767 cargo and KC-46 tanker 
  • Assembly of flaps and ailerons for the Boeing 777 
  • Production of wing flaps for Gulfstream G650/G700/G800 business jets 

Acquired in July 2022, the site has undergone major investments to modernize equipment and enhance aerostructure quality. Looking ahead, Daher is also considering the installation of a final assembly line for its own TBM and Kodiak aircraft. 

Sandpoint, Idaho – Production of Kodiak 100 and Kodiak 900 Aircraft

Daher designs and assembles Kodiak aircraft at its 32-acre industrial site in Sandpoint, in the northwestern United States. 

  • 65% of the Kodiak is manufactured on-site 
  • Capable of operating on all terrains, including water with floats 
  • Two final assembly lines to optimize production 
  • $2.7 million investment in a new paint facility 

Acquired in 2019, this site is a benchmark center for the production of the iconic Kodiak 100 and its larger version, the Kodiak 900.

Mobile, Alabama – Logistics for Airbus A220 & A320 Final Assembly Lines

Daher manages logistics operations for Airbus USA at three sites in Mobile, Alabama. Our teams ensure the flow of components to the A320 and A220 final assembly lines, except for large fuselage sections and wings. 

Mobile is also home to the headquarters of AAA USA, a company specializing in project management and the provision of skilled labor for the aerospace, rail, maritime, and industrial sectors. 

AAA USA is part of Daher’s Services division and is integrated into the DRAKKAR Aerospace & Ground Transportation ecosystem.

Pompano Beach, Florida – TBM Aircraft Delivery and Support

The North American headquarters of Daher’s Aircraft division is based at Pompano Beach Airpark. This 3,000 m² site plays a key role in Daher aircraft support. 

  • Maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of TBM and Kodiak aircraft 
  • TBM delivery center for the Americas market 
  • Administrative and commercial headquarters of Daher Aircraft division 

The site has been awarded the prestigious Diamond Award by the Federal Aviation Administration, recognizing excellence in aviation maintenance technician training. 

Nogales, Mexico – Manufacturing of Aerospace Composite Parts

Located in Nogales, Sonora, this 6,100 m² plant is a center of excellence for the production of aerospace composite parts. 

  • Air ducts and cockpit panels for Bombardier CRJ700/900/1000 regional jets 
  • Components for Safran APU on the Bombardier Global 7500 and Dassault Falcon 6X 
  • Parts for Airbus and Boeing, including APU ducts for the A320 and A330 
  • Monoblock barrel for the LEAP-1B engine used in the Boeing 737 

The site is equipped with autoclaves, clean rooms, machining robots, and paint booths to ensure optimal manufacturing quality. 

Fort Lauderdale, Florida – Daher’s North American Headquarters 

Daher’s North American headquarters, based in Fort Lauderdale, centralizes the management and administration of the Group’s activities in the region. 

  • Headquarters for the Aircraft, Industry, Industrial Services, and Logistics divisions 
  • Strategic location, close to Daher’s key sites in Florida 
  • Direct access to Miami and Fort Lauderdale international airports
