Daher Whistleblowing System:

In accordance with our ethical rules and legal requirements, the whistleblowing system – WhistleB – is accessible to all Daher Group employees (both permanent and temporary) as well as any external business partners (customers, suppliers, subcontractors, intermediaries, etc.). This system allows reports to be collected in a secure and confidential manner.

Your identity will remain confidential from the moment you submit a report and throughout the entire whistleblowing procedure.

You may report facts or events that, in your view, relate to the following areas:

• Harassment, discrimination
• Corruption, fraud
• Violations of human rights
• Health, safety, or environmental breaches
• Any other act or behavior that appears contrary to the Group’s Ethical Rules

Reports are received and processed in a way that guarantees complete confidentiality.
