Appointment to Daher’s Executive Committee

Vincent Chanron, Group Human Resources Director since October 1, 2025, is appointed to Daher’s Executive Committee, the Group’s strategic decisionmaking body, effective April 1, 2026.

This appointment reflects the Group’s commitment to placing peoplerelated challenges and skills development at the heart of its governance. 

Based in Orly, Vincent Chanron reports directly to Aymeric Daher, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Group. 

As Group Human Resources Director, Vincent Chanron is notably responsible for strengthening support for the Group’s people, continuing the transformation of managerial culture, and advancing the internationalization of teams, while further enhancing social dialogue. 

In a context of strong growth momentum, Daher relies on 14,500 employees worldwide, including more than 10,000 in France, with a significant international footprint -particularly in the United States (1,500 employees), Germany (1,300), Morocco (600), and Asia/Middle East (more than 100). In 2025, 55% of the Group’s revenue was generated internationally. 

Human resources represent a key enabler of this growth trajectory, with 2,500 recruitments planned in 2026, including 1,500 in France, alongside sustained investment in training (nearly 120,000 hours delivered in 2025). Daher therefore continues to adapt its HR and managerial practices to support the transformation of its businesses and strengthen their attractiveness in a rapidly changing world of work. 

Biography 

A graduate of ISAE-Supaero (the French aerospace engineering school) and with a PhD in mechanical and aerospace engineering from the State University of New York, Vincent Chanron began his career at Airbus, where he held various positions in strategy, marketing and engineering in Europe and Asia.  

He joined Daher in 2012 as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Marketing & Communication, then took over as Head of Industrial Transfers in 2015. In 2017, he became the Vice President of Sustainability within the General Secretariat, responsible for the Group’s transformation, risk management, and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategy.  

From 2020 to 2024, he was the Country Director for Japan, before being appointed Deputy Group Human Resources Director and subsequently Group Human Resources Director.
