The safety of employees has long been a top priority for Daher, at the heart of its ESG goals and strategy. Ensuring workplace safety is essential to guarantee business continuity, enhance Daher’s attractiveness, and fully fulfill its responsibilities as an employer.

The "Safety@Work" Program: Prioritizing Safety and Risk Prevention
This program is based on key principles and involves operational managers and the HSE network to constantly improve results.
Training for Managers and New Hires
By the end of 2024, 3,359 employees, including 2,400 managers, will have undergone training in Health, Safety, and Environmental risk prevention. Managers also strengthen their effectiveness with regular safety visits. New hires receive mandatory training on safety rules specific to their position.
Safety Week
The Group organizes the Safety Week annually, an event where employees share best practices in safety, ergonomics, and the environment. The best ideas are rewarded monthly, with an annual trophy presentation.
Prevention of Physical Activity-Related Risks
The PRAP (Prevention of Risks Related to Physical Activity) training was rolled out in France starting in 2023, following internal « Talk’in » surveys. Specialized trainers raise awareness among employees about ergonomic risks at the sites.
Improvement of Working Conditions
Daher conducts ergonomic studies on all workstations, both in France and internationally, to improve employees’ working conditions. These studies lead to concrete actions to enhance working conditions.
Accident Reporting Tool
A new accident reporting tool was introduced in France in 2024 to record all incidents and hazardous situations. This tool will be extended internationally in 2025 to enhance safety across the Group.
