Daher, Top Employer 2025

At the beginning of 2025, Daher was confirmed for the third consecutive year as a Top Employer in France, awarded following a rigorous audit of all its HR processes. This recognition confirms the quality of its work environment. The Top Employer Institute, an independent organization, evaluates over 100 criteria across 6 areas: HR strategy, talent attractiveness, internal development, CSR inclusion, employee engagement, and process organization.

Training for Managers and New Hires

In 2024, Daher reached over 2,000 external hires and expanded its partnerships to combat school dropout, notably with the association “C’Possible.” Apprenticeships have also been a key focus, with 312 apprentices recruited, totaling 461 apprentices for the year.

Diversity and Inclusion

Daher places particular emphasis on gender diversity and the feminization of its teams, supported by mentoring programs. The Group’s disability policy has also been strengthened, meeting legal obligations and facilitating workplace accommodations.

Combating Harassment

Daher has set up Health, Social, and Prevention (SSP) committees in France to address harassment situations on the ground, supported by a network of designated contacts.

Internationalization and Digitalization of HR

To support its international growth, Daher is deploying Workday, its Human Resources Information System (HRIS) across the Group. Likewise, the “Daher Leadership Model,” the foundation of a shared managerial culture, has been introduced to international teams.

Our Ambition

Daher aims to be recognized as a responsible, respectful, and innovative employer in terms of professional equality, diversity, workplace well-being, and social responsibility. Key indicators are tracked to measure progress in recruitment, retention, and working conditions, in order to unlock employee potential and ensure the company's competitiveness.
