Climate Change: Anticipating Risks and Adapting
The involvement of suppliers is crucial to achieving our decarbonization goals, and they are actively engaged in this process as part of our responsible purchasing policy, recognized by the RFAR label (Responsible Supplier Relations and Purchasing). This ensures a shared trajectory aligned with that of the aerospace industry.

Actions
Climate Risk Assessment
Daher continues to analyze the exposure of its assets, suppliers, and customers to future climate risks. Based on a study conducted by AXA Climate, the Group assesses the vulnerability of 34 sites according to IPCC scenarios (2030 and 2050).
Insurance Policy
In 2024, Daher renewed its insurance program to include climate risks. Every year, around ten sites are audited to ensure the prevention and management of identified risks.
On-Site Adaptation Measures
Specific measures are implemented to adapt sites to climate risks. For example, schedule adjustments in case of a heatwave and business continuity plans at the Stuart (Florida) site in case of a hurricane.
Our ambition
Daher aims to be resilient to the impacts of climate change across its entire ecosystem: • Regularly updating climate risk exposure studies. • Deploying Business Continuity Plans (BCP) at key sites, integrating climate impacts. • Integrating climate risk into strategic decisions, operations, and innovation projects.
Reducing Our Impact on the Natural Environment
Actions
Waste Management and Reliability
Global waste mapping and treatment pathways, reduction of waste quantities, and improved sorting to increase recovery.
Waste Valorization
Recycling project for thermoplastic composite waste through the « Terra Preta » initiative and replacing traditional parts with components made from recycled materials, such as TBM pedals certified by EASA.
Promoting Best Practices
Promoting best practices in waste management, such as reusing boxes for packaging, recycling corundum, and raising awareness among employees about selective sorting.
