Daher evolves its governance

In this context, the Board of Directors has decided to establish a strengthened executive team consisting of a Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Deputy CEO, based on complementarity and continuity. The future CEO, whose recruitment currently is underway, will bring experience and a fresh perspective to the company. Aymeric Daher, previously the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed Executive Deputy CEO, effective March 31.

On the same date, Thibault Scaramanga will become Chairman of the Board of Directors, of which he has been a member since 2016, and also will serve as the interim Chief Executive Officer.

The Chairman and the Executive Deputy CEO will jointly oversee the company until the arrival of the new CEO, with the support of the entire Executive Committee.

After 20 years with the Daher Group, including 10 years leading the company, Didier Kayat has decided to dedicate himself to personal projects. In agreement with the Board of Directors, he will step down from his position as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer on March 31.

The Board of Directors warmly thanks him for his commitment and his contribution to Daher’s development. Under Kayat’s leadership, the Daher Group underwent a profound transformation, strengthened its international presence – particularly through the expansion of all its activities across the Americas – and achieved sustained growth, with revenue reaching €1.9 billion in 2025.
