Cornebarrieu/Orly, France, March 31, 2026 – How can logistics innovation be rapidly transformed into tangible operational gains for customers, and deployed at scale?

This is the challenge addressed by “Log’in by Daher,” an innovation accelerator that leverages real industrial environments to test, validate and industrialize high value-added logistics solutions.

31.03.2026

In response to profound supply chain transformation – automation, digitalization, environmental transition and skills challenges – Daher relies on Log’in to develop and immediately deploy operational solutions capable of sustainably improving logistics performance and resilience.

Conceived as an accelerator, Log’in enables rapid transition from pilot projects to large-scale deployment by building on real-world use cases, along with proven solutions and industrialization capabilities dedicated to logistics operations performance.

At the crossroads of industry, technology and public policy, Log’in is embedded in a cooperative public–private ecosystem. It contributes to the competitiveness of Daher’s logistics activities and those of its partners, while supporting the structuring and modernization of the entire logistics value chain – aligned with national priorities for innovation, industrialization and environmental transition.

The southwestern France location of Log’in at Cornebarrieu strategically places it at the heart of the French aeronautics and high-technology industry concentration in the Toulouse region.

A public–private cooperation model, from innovation to industrialization

Created as a platform to accelerate the transition toward the industry of the future, Log’in stands out for its ability to move quickly from experimentation to industrial deployment. Each year, teams work on 10 to 15 innovation topics, resulting in 5 to 8 solutions being put into production or deployed at scale, with a clear objective: delivering measurable and sustainable operational gains for customers.

Backed by Daher, which is a European leader in aerospace logistics, Log’in leverages real operational environments to test, validate and industrialize innovative solutions. This model –which combines public innovation support mechanisms with private industrial backing – ensures the platform’s long-term sustainability and its capability to deploy real solutions over time.

“Log’in is a strategic driver for Daher,” explained Aymeric Daher, Deputy CEO of the Daher Group, and CEO of the Daher Logistics business. “It bridges innovation, operations and the logistics value chain. We identify relevant solutions, test them under real operating conditions, and then deploy them at scale. This ability to accelerate the adoption of new technologies in the field is essential to strengthening our operational performance, improving customer service, and sustainably enhancing the competitiveness of the logistics sector.”

Tangible solutions already deployed in the field

Log’in operates as a results-driven logistics solutions integrator, relying on an ecosystem of startups, industrial players and technology partners with one constant priority: sustainably improving operational excellence by rapidly moving from innovation to deployment.

Solutions already implemented, or currently being rolled out, include:

  • A modular, replicable warehouse operating model, developed from real-world use cases and designed to optimize warehouse layouts, internal flows and operational organization. It supports standardization, robust processes, and the deployment of repeatable logistics models at scale;

  • An automated inventory solution using computer vision and artificial intelligence, which ensures inventory accuracy without disrupting operations. Already deployed at logistics sites, it significantly reduces inventory cycle times and limits stock discrepancies;

  • Autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) deployed to automate internal flows and material handling operations, thereby helping optimize productivity, reduce physical strain and enhance safety across multiple logistics sites; and

  • Real-time operational steering and logistics control tower solutions, based on Business Intelligence, providing a consolidated view of operations. These tools enable real-time performance monitoring, anticipation of disruptions, and corrective action management as close to the operations as possible.

These solutions are showcased and demonstrated within the Log’in showroom, inaugurated in 2026. Designed as an operational demonstrator, it illustrates this end-to-end approach, thereby highlighting solutions that can be deployed immediately and assist in accelerating their

adoption at scale.

A platform for dialogue and co-creation, serving the logistics sector

Rooted in operations and closely connected to its ecosystem, Log’in serves as an environment for demonstration, exchange and co-creation. Site visits and on-site events facilitate the sharing of tangible operational feedback, illustrate the benefits of deployed solutions, and help shape future logistics developments – all within the framework of a long-term partnership.

Beyond serving Daher’s own activities, Log’in is positioned as an open platform for the logistics sector. Working closely with public authorities and institutional stakeholders, this platform collaborates, in particular, with: France Logistique (France’s national logistics association); the Direction Générale des Entreprises (the French government agency for business and industrial development); and ADEME (the French agency for ecological transition) – contributing to collective initiatives aimed at structuring logistics innovation and supporting its scale-up.

Training today’s workforce for tomorrow’s logistics

Log’in also is a reference training center dedicated to tomorrow’s logistics skills: data, artificial intelligence, automation, robotics and performance management. Through specialized programs, immersive learning paths and digital modules, Log’in supports skills development and contributes to the attractiveness of logistics careers in a context of strong labor market challenges.
