Our Services – Technical Support Training
By becoming a Technical Support agent, you will act as a link between production and preparation. You will coordinate the completion of outstanding tasks and lead the resolution of production issues. Your mission will involve assisting production and conducting technical investigations. You will also communicate with the production team.
This training program, lasting around one hundred hours, takes place in Colomiers at our training center or on the client’s site.
Required Qualities

- Understanding of aircraft systems (ATA)
- Mastery of structural assembly and related processes
- Understanding of the industrial documentation

Training Objectives
This training supports the development of professions involved in aircraft production and assembly. It aims to provide trainees with the fundamental knowledge required for the role of inspector
Teaching Methodology
The training is organized into modules presented as slideshows commented by a trainer, practical exercises (real-life scenarios), and a company internship (4 to 6 weeks). A training booklet summarizing key content is provided at the end
Training Validation
Candidates must validate all the skills outlined in the CQPM framework to be certified by the examination panel
Training Duration
Theoretical training: 267 hours
On-the-job observation: 133 hours

Target Audience & Prerequisites
Anyone starting in a controller role. Minimum experience of 1 year in the aeronautical field, or 2 years as a quality controller outside aeronautics
