In his new role, he will be responsible for accelerating the deployment of Daher’s industrial excellence program and continuing to improve customer satisfaction. His contributions will support the “Succeed Together” strategic plan unveiled in early 2018.
A graduate of ENSAE (Sup’Aero), he began his career at Airbus, first in the engineering teams and later as a design office manager.
He subsequently held various purchasing director positions, which included integrating and taking responsibility for Airbus Group general purchasing. Between 2011 and 2014, Olivier Dumas was Director of Operations at the aircraft manufacturer Reims Aviation, before joining Daher.
From October 1, he will be responsible for furthering the Group’s actions to develop the highest possible quality standards and making DAHER a leading player in its markets. He will be in charge of accreditations and certifications.
With this in mind, Olivier Dumas will be leading an independent central department with its own resources, and reporting directly to the Managing Director, Didier Kayat.
