Its aim: through its research activities, develop new technological building blocks so as to offer industrial groups fully fitted assemblies.


DAHER specialises in several product ranges:

  • Composite structural assemblies for the aerospace sector

  • Cabin comfort with fluid distribution systems and temperature and sound insulation systems

  • Integrated tactical and logistics shelters

  • Specific containers, particularly for the Defence and Nuclear sectors

  • Ground support equipment and tooling

DAHER has a large Research and Development division, spread across various design offices, charged with designing the products and solutions of the future. This range of innovative high-tech products, combined with the services that make DAHER so distinct, enables its customers to optimise their own development and manufacturing costs, and improve the performance of their products.

 

Production capacity:


DAHER manages nearly 100,000 sq. m. of workshop space spread across eight specialised plants. A ninth plant is due/set to open in Australia at the end of 2008.

 

For the aerospace sector:

  • Saint Julien de Chédon (France) - complex structural assemblies

  • Saint Hilaire (France) - composite structural assemblies using the RTM procedure

  • Saint Nazaire (France) - temperature and sound insulation systems

  • Luceau (France) - metal pipes for high pressure and high temperature applications

  • Tangers (Morocco) - production of basic aerospace parts

  • Nogales (Mexico) - production of basic aerospace parts

  • Brisbane (Australia) - production of composite parts for the TIGER and NH90, in a joint-venture with EUROCOPTER. Opening scheduled for the last quarter of 2008.

  • Horice (Czech Republic) - logistics shelters
