2003 | DAHER built a new corporate model between manufacturing and services, serving industrial progress. DAHER positioned itself as an industrial services Group. |
2006 | In November, KAR-BOX, a Czech company, joined the DAHER group, bringing its technological expertise in the design and manufacture of logistics shelters, as well as its extensive knowledge of Eastern European and NATO armed forces. DAHER thus consolidated its presence in the European defence sector. |
2007 | In March, DAHER took over Nuclear Cargo Services (NCS), a German subsidiary of DEUTSCHE BAHN with an annual turnover of around 40 million Euro. With service activities for transport and temporary warehousing for the nuclear sector as well as for transport of heavy lifts, DAHER thus strengthened its European package for the nuclear market. |
2007 | In April, DAHER took over the Spanish company UNIGEL as well as five subsidiaries of the SESSE group which it merged into UNIGEL. With these new logistics services activities, DAHER increased its European package in the automotive sector. |
