DAHER Services Engineering (DSE)

The DAHER Group's services design office employs around forty engineers based at a centralised unit or on secondment at customer sites. They contribute to every phase of a project, as follows:

• Design engineering: technological watch, R&D, specification, design, dimensioning, computer-aided design, simulations, certification and validation
• Implementation engineering: specifications, industrialisation, preparation, implementation and operational organisation
• Optimisation engineering: technical support, system development, re-engineering, Maintenance in Operational Conditions (MCO) and Integrated Logistics Support (SLI)

In addition, DSE has implemented a comprehensive Supply Chain Monitoring package.

DAHER Systèmes Intégrés (DSI)

The DSI department brings together around sixty engineers who have full responsibility for the DAHER Group's information systems, on a technical (hardware) and user (software) level. In particular, they contribute to the following domains:

• Studies and development:
    - Project manage the design, creation and deployment of the IT solutions required by the Group
    - Monitor and benchmark within the IT field (solutions and service providers)

• Manage operations and infrastructure:
    - Define and optimise the design of equipment, software and networks used to run the software chosen or developed through studies 
    - Ensure that the level of service quality expected by the users, as defined in the service contract, is complied with
    - Ensure the security of the Information System both at user level (Anti-virus, Firewall, etc.) and system level (PRI, network and server).
