AIRCRAFT (with options), FINAL ASSEMBLY LINE

From design through to delivery to the final customer, DAHER-SOCATA produces the fastest single turboprop engine civil aircraft in the world (cruising speed of 320 knots or 593 km/h) with a maximum range of 1,585 nautical miles or 2,935 km. This 6-seater aircraft is also available in a “multi-mission” version, in particular for the Defence and homeland security sector.TBM850

  • Aircraft : TBM 850. With the TBM 850, DAHER-SOCATA is the manufacturer of a reliable, fast and efficient aircraft. Components including airframe, control surfaces, horizontal and vertical tailplanes, nozzles, air intake lip and wiring, all produced by the Group, are a concentrate of tried-and-tested materials, technologies and expertise.
  • Final Assembly Lines (FAL) : Final Assembly Lines (FAL) : Setting up and implementing the final assembly line, the final phase of an industrial aerospace program, requires perfect coordination and dovetailing with the various partners and participants. While strictly maintaining production throughput, DAHER-SOCATA covers all tasks and responsibilities pertaining to the various aircraft modules : organisation, reception, testing, integration and validation through to the award of the airworthiness certificate.

Support, maintenance, retrofit, reconditioning: DAHER-SOCATA provides a very wide range of services guaranteeing its customers optimal in-service support for the aircraft, as well as life cycle optimisation through ongoing development of onboard equipment :

  • Support MaintenanceSupport and Maintenance : customer information and documentation, in-service support (ISS) and Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO), planning, tracking, ordering and launching of maintenance operations.
  • Aircraft retrofit : all repairs, overhaul and modifications.
  • Aircraft reconditioning : transformation and reconditioning.
